... and Kruse had bought one ...

Definate NO.

It seems old Henri has decided to quit whining about lack of money and sell cars to finance their racing.

For the fact that he kept on complaining to have no money, his season went pretty decent and consistent. Remember: 5 top podiums in LMP1 out of five rounds. I don't believe a word he is saying about money, or the lack of it.

Whilst we're all picking on poor Johnny, I noticed he used the wrong version of "their", and "aswell" is two words as well. Oh, and what's a "hybride"? It's a good job that nice Mr Blair keeps telling us that the standards in school, measured against exam results, are perpetually raising!

Andy please clarify.  Do you mean 'rising' or 'razing'?   Wink

Ok point taken, but bear in mind the Age Discrimination legislation came into effect today and it applies equally to the young as to the old.  Wink

I'm of course delighted that we've got some young sportscar fans on board here on CA and this is to be encouraged. Obviously, we all make typos, grammar and spelling mistakes etc but there's a limit where sloppily worded offerings become discourteous to the reader because the writer can't be bothered to check wot they rote. And Kapitle leters are their for a porpoise...

Hgb, The news regarding Kruse came from Henris very own mouth. Now I understand you may have some contact with the team from previous posts, but are you privvy to all their business decisions? There has been no formal announcement from the team I will give you that.

See http://www.endurance-info.com/article.php?sid=2639&thold=0

It can be babelfished but the translation gets slightly dodgy in places.

Edited to say, they may just be buying the tub from Pescarolo to upgrade the current C65.

Fair enough Jay, I still don't trust Henri.  Grin

Kai was sitting at the back of the truck at Jarama when he told me (and others) that Henri approached him with this offer and he declined it. It might look different next year but this is what I know for now.

What is for certain that the current C65 cannot be raced next year in its current guise.

Oh and before I forget hgb, Has Kruse bought the G-force car or are they just leasing it from them?

It's the other way around. After G-Force crashed their chassis at Spa, they didn't have one for Le Mans. So, to not miss the opportunity to race at Le Mans, Frank Hahn borrowed the Kruse chassis plus the people to set it up and entered it at Le Mans. I've got no idea what happened to Frank Hahn's chassis as it hasn't appeared at any other LMS race after Spa. The Kruse car belongs to Ian Mitchell.
