good piece of underwater footage, sorry its not car related, just follow the WMV link, its worth it.

Just makes feel how lucky us humans are living in big cities, nature is awesome.

Great piece of filming. What's the chance of capturing that? Do you know him Peter? Is ha a proffesional underwater camaraman?

It says it was filmed off Exmouth Navy Pier, is that Exmouth Devon or somewhere more exotic with a similar name?

No, have a look at the link below/above, the team are based in Western Australia.

BTW unfortunately you don't get marine life like that off Exmouth Devon, similar but not the same.
