Thanks a lot for this, will be an important indicato. Just to make it complete: Can you still modify the poll and add "Expo", "Chapelle" and "Interior Musee" Cheers Werner

Could I just make it clear that whatever the result of this pole indicates Maison Blanche is a dreadful campsite and you really wouldn't want to go there at all. I have it on very good authority that the "new" hip and trendy must do campsite is Bleu Nord and that Paddy and the DfH boys have booked to go on there next year so please get booking for Bleu Nord everyone and not MB!!

I think the Brethren are still on MB even if Paddy and Crew defect to the car park across the wall on the outside of the circuit with no direct viewing areas!

I heard that there was a pretty decent campsite close to Alencon and with the use of sky crane and the hubble telescope we sould get a good track side view and take in all the activities without having to shift our lazy fat arses no problem.

Are you Jonathon Ross? I think rapscallion is the intended word here... Wikipedia - A rapscallion is one who is playfully mischievous or a scoundrel. Rapscallion comes from the now-obsolete word "rascallion" meaning rascal. It is possible that the contemporary pejorative word for a vandal or youth who perpetrates antisocial behaviour (such as petty theft, graffiti, or harassment) "Scally" is derived from "Rapscallion." "Scally" is a common term for such individuals in the United Kingdom, but does not feature in American / Australian English. A more tenuous link is that which suggests the term for spoken word rhyming set to a beat, "Rap" is derived from "Rapscallion." "Rapscallion" is also the name of Gemma Mildury's space freighter in "The Space Gypsy Adventures".

Piglet, I heard that DFH with their now worldwide fame were in fact moving back to BSJ due to the space available which would allow three stages and a true festival atmosphere. Word has it that no less than the Who will be ending their Tour there and not at Leeds as was originally planned. Bleu Nord is in fact not at all hip and trendy but an overpopulated sandy field far too close to the extremely busy airport with no facilities and even less appeal than camping down stream from a cow byre. But thats only my opinion and I don't want to influence anyone.

Bleu Sud's alright if the Lotus 7 people leave enough room, plenty of shade under the trees, pegs go in OK, dubious glam band that does the same set every year on the lotus pitch, drag racing out on the road and its only 2 mins walk from MB. It is also easy peasy to get in and out of for those midnight runs down to Arnage etc. You can straight out after the race too, no traffic jams. Good atmos, stayed on there last couple of years.
