Nice trip Rusty, I went through most of those places when I rode the rode the Tour De France a couple of years ago, Only problem then was that the bridge wasn't open then!

Nice one Rusty. I just was here.

Latest weather report for Donington shows rain and not more than 20°.  Undecided

I'll be off to Kruse later today to dump my stuff into their truck.

Have a nice trip, Rusty! Maybe go through George du Verdon on the way to Como? Plenty of bends to enjoy! Cheesy

You're either at Le Mans, or waiting for Le Mans!

I went over Millau not long after it had opened.  Just incredible.

Rusty / Fran - if you've got time drive down into Millau itself and get a look at the viaduct from ground level.  It's amazing!!!

The Millau bridge is really a fine piece of work. Went over it last month on my way to the south of France! But driving over it isn't as spectacular as on the Pont de Normandie, which is smaller, but very "open".

Gentlemen
Just returned from a couple of months sabbatical from the site to get over my last minute pull out from this years LM and I notice that everyone's still here!!!!!!
Got our tickets for the Donington event but we are camping at the Donington Park Farmhouse hotel just opposite the competitors entrance. arriving sat am and leaving sunday after the main event.
we'll look out for you lot on the circuit.
Can anyone direct me to the full programme as the Donington Park web site has nowt on it?

Try Here: - http://www.lmes.net/uk/donington/programme.asp

Most of us are indeed on the Donnington Park Farm Campsite. As are Speedchills.
