Is there a chance to acces the internet around the track? I'm going to make lots of pictures and want to be able to beam them to my weblog asap. Is there some kind of WiFi connection possible? If I have to pay for acces it is no problem. When it's not available on the circuit itself, is there an internet café in Le Mans?

I have press access, but a WiFi connection for the weekend costs €120 and that is definetely too much for me. I'm not paid for my pictures; I make them for the racefans. So if there are race sites around looking for good pictures of the race: contact me.

Yes I had the same problem a few years ago, but I managed to get my editor to put the access on the magazine's account.
After the race I had articles to write during the week and used a cybercafe in town. Not sure if it's this one.

Cybercafe 27, avenue du Général Leclerc.

Ta!
If I can't find anything on track, I'll use that.
Keep an eye on http://racepix.philippens.net for pictures.

Strange though that there is no paid WiFi access around the track. When I was at the Lausitzring in Germany for the A1GP there was WiFi access through T-Mobile (paid).
