Bound mine in the shed, with a drill, and some nuts and bolts.

Looks the business and works, plus I'll be able to use the bindings on next years copy!

Can I just add, on behalf of everyone at Team Gulp Racing, our thanks to Werner and everyone who contributed to this years guide. Very proud to have our logo alongside everyone elses on the front cover.

I know many of my fellow Porsche people at the Porsche Club Great Britain will find this extremely useful this year, and I hope at least some of them will find their way to Club Arnage to support and contribute in the build up to Le Mans 2007.

Cheers guys.  Wink

P.S. Still can't believe I've only totalled 66 posts - I've been visiting here daily since the old format forum circa 1998!

Good morning everybody

App. 2500 downloads since the final version went online, even this morning there were already 45 downloads, with one from a server in New Zealand.
I also got quite a few positive feedback mails to my personal mail account, looks like we all have really done a good job Cheesy.

Cheers

You're either at Le Mans, or waiting for Le Mans!

We should try to get a mention for it on Radio  Le Mans now they are not being sponsored by Autosport.

Perhaps one of the guys already there can have a word.

the guide was amazing, brought a colour-printed copy to the DFH-compound and it was a very well-read piece of work

my compliments  Smiley

2550 downloads until Friday before the race! It was really worth the effort so we should do it again in 2007. I received a lot of positive feedback. I'll set up a new project page in the next weeks and will start to work on it already. To all of you: If you have some input, especially corrections please sent them now before all fades away from the memory Wink Okay, for the tropicoma addicts its probably difficult anyway Grin

Cheers

Now Werner, did you want pics of the Classic entries so you can update the guide for a couple of weeks time...?  No, just kidding.  Fab job, loved the guide, great to meet you, stunning fashion statement!

I met Werner at HA roundabout on Friday night. When I Mentioned the guide and said what a excellent job he had made of it he would take no praise and insisted that it was a team effort.
Team effort it may have been but someone had to come up with the idea and correlate all the contributions. Top marks for that Werner, the end product after such a short time was brilliant.

Autosport hang your head in shame

Absolutely Mr R the Builder!  I sent some pics but was just proud to see them in such a great publication.  It's the people who drive these things in the first place who deserve the credit.  Cheers again Werner.
