I'd expect that you will get a card and have to call on your return, however they may just try to redeliver on Monday.

Yes, that's what worries me!! We'll still be en-route back from Spa. It's blooming typical - it's probably the only two days we won't be here. Hopefully it'll be like Parcel Farce they won't return them to the sender until after a week.

Last year the ACO used UPS and they just pushed the envelope through the door and didn't need a signature. Unless I dreamed it but I don't remember having to sign

Me and my wife are ACO members, so as we can get 4 ACO grandstand tickets. My wife tickets arrived today, but not mine.
My wife rang the ACO and they said I should get mine next week. They have 5 boxes of ticket to check. You will love this bit, they don't know where they are. I also asked when all the ticket will be send by and the answer, this is good before the race.
I told the lady that we leave for France at the end this month.

Piglet - I remember from last year that they try and deliver the ticket three times, then they get returned to ACO.

BOB - This is Mrs bgeorge104, it is very stressful. I will be ok, when I get those tickets in my hand, this is our 11 year and it does not get any less stressful.

does anyone know what they'll do with them if there's no one around?
I think it really depends on the delivery person, my tickets go to my folks house (I moved out a few years back but am too afraid to change the order just in case!! ) Using the online tracking this year it said they'd been signed for by the old man, so I rang up that night & apparently they'd just left the package behind a plant pot on the doorstep, some people!! So you might get back from Spa & find you've gotta arrange a re-delivery (I'd guess they'd keep it for 1 week), or you may just find the package through the door, or possibly round at the neighbours??

Assuming the ACO ticket office people are working their way through the alphabet, they seem to have reached the letter "K", I got mine yesterday by UPS directly from the ACO.
Just 31 days t o wait...
Cheers

I've got mine. They tried to deliver on Friday, then again on Monday and then brought them again on Tuesday when Keith was home.
I'm still not sure about this alphabet thing! Can someone tell me how they show your name on your invoice? Mine says surname then firstname which might explain how I got my tickets some long way ahead of the rest of the alphabet!

Piglet, I have to say, I'm not convinced with the alphabetical order theory either, I'm near the back of the alphabet and got mine a couple of weeks ago. I'm pretty sure I'm not logged under 'B'. Jay, it's a UPS delivery alright, but not a recorded one and doesn't need signing for. H
Ahhh, just read your bit about Keith having to sign for it...Seems like UPS are as unpredictable as the ACO then, mine were just shoved through the letterbox.
