Hi

Like you say it is not a cheap trip, I thought I had lost $200 then remembered changing it at the airport - doh.

The $200 was the tip for the taxi driver...

Been trawling through the 2,500 fotos and there are some goodies in there  Wink .. will be sorting the CDs this weekend and mailing to qualifying members (i.e. Sebring attendees!) next week hopefully.

Might be prepared to extend the offer for suitable beverage remuneration at the Poo Bar on the 17th June  Grin

The smokie has landed.

It's Mothers Day here so I can't stay now but will get and post updates at a later time.

Suffice to say I wil be doing the trip again  Smiley

And a quick thanks to all the US contingent (and Canada Phil) for their help & hospitality, which was stunning...

Oh, and the new camera doesn'yt eem to want to connect to the computer so uploads will not happen until I have acquired an SD card reader...

Hmm, you obviously have some terrible indiscretion you are trying to conceal.  Now we have to do some serious digging to find out what it is!

Had a surprise visit yesterday afternoon form Smokie and Steve - on their way to the airport. They very kindly deposited all their undrunk (can't take it back, you see).
A very generous gesture Lads - many thanks. I'm particularly impressed because there isn't a can of babies beer amongst them!
Pleased you got home safe Jeff/Steve - see you in June (God and USINS willing)

I sincerely hope so Robspot. Due to a change of employment, I had to change my work visa and until I secure an visa appointment at US Embassy in London, it's not wise to leave the country - so I'm in the hands of the US Immigration authorities - if I get the appointment before June I'll be there - if not, I'll have to sit it out (again). I've been going to Le Mans for a good few years so it's not fun missing editions out - but one has to prioritise, tha knows...

Happy safe return to all I met.  Doris, Steve, Smokie...

Again, a big thanks to Steve Brown for lugging my CA shirt along then delivering it to my campsite.  Now that's exemplary service, and certainly better than I deserve!

Also, thanks for honoring my request to down your beers and leave the empties at our site.  The YFDS beeramid V2.0 would not have been the same without your help!
