The details of my life are quite inconsequential..... My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium, with low-grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. my mother was a 15 year old French prostitute named Chloe, with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink, he would make outrageous claims, like he invented the question mark.Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy - the sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical: Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat-helmets. When I was insolent, I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds. Pretty standard, really.

Born in Baltimore Md. USA but have lived in Miami , Fl. for over 30 years. I'm 70 years young with 4 grown kids and 6 young GRANDAUGHTERS. (me and one of them) I'm a retired fire and burglar alarm contractor with more time than money. Absolutely enjoyed the one trip I have made to LM. This was because of the company I was surrounded by. Currently living in Zummerzet (where the zider apples grow), tho' not native.
58 currently, but this seems to increase every year
Used to be IT project manager, but opted out several years ago. Now self-employed carpenter/electrician/plumber/decorator/you name it!
No interesting wheels, but have had MG(TA), TR(2) & XK150
LM history - '65-'69, '81-92','94-'03. First gap due to wedding+kids+mortgage. Second gap due to divorce.

I live near the fringes of Birmingham, remember us we used to be an industrial city? Work aiming to keep the cars of 14 million people on the road (Ferrrcrissakenotallatonce-perlease!) 56 going on senile drive a pharted about with quickish Midget and a Sayab9000 (and the company's yellow thingy!) This year will be the second year of my life after going to La Sarthe last year with my co-pilot Nick (who may butt in here if he can remember how to get here in his Stella fuelled haze!) This year is gonna be even better, going overnight Thursday instead of last thing Friday and I have a few new mates to meet before the race! Not forgetting a pair of tee shirts to show off....
