I've been charged about €15 for postage so I presume they'll still send them

Looking forward to it already.
I don't think will will be sporting the 50+ we've had over the last couple of years, but we will be at least 30 strong. We've just shed a few of the poofs so no loss there.

As far as fireworks are concerned, if any of you lot buy stuff to take down then I would say save your money and chuck it in our bin as I have a secret supplier right in the middle of le mans and the stuff i can get there is K4 and unavailable to th general public in the UK. Don't worry tho. I do know my way around the pyros so no danger other than fall out. I just need a large firing area or tents will be lost.

Just checked my allocation letter, there's no more surcharge for postal fees and handling on the bill, unlike all years ago. Just a hint that the tickets can be picked up trackside, so looks like the ACO doesn't send them out any more. Anyone with a different experience (letter)?

Werner,
I asked for them to be sent but the bill had 0.00.  So I added 9.15 euro (last years cost).

Pretzel,

thanks. I'll send them an email to charge sending costs (whatever it is at present) to my bill, I'll keep you up to date on ACO's reply

Strangely the cost for shipping for the 24hr tickets is 16.50 but the Classic order I've just sent back was 9.15.

I'm going to post this on the swapsie thread as well - I'm about to amend my order to ditch one Camping Bleu ticket as we already have more than we need (plus we don't want to be there!).  If anyone is interested in it and wants me to keep it please let me know ASAP as I've got to deal with this within the next day or so.

Just received my allocation for Bleu of 2 tickets, but now I need 3!

So if anyone has a spare one. I'll buy it.

Thanks

Have a look at Piglets post above yours and your prayers may be answered.

Seems to me that quite a few of the MB regulars have not got their MB tickets this year. I wonder who they've gone to? (apart from Rusty...!!)

....or is it that they have marked out the pitches and there are less to go around?

They better not have, (although we will not take up an unreasonable amount of space for the tickets we have) it will spoil the atmosphere.

Let's pray they don't number them like Houx

I was more surprised than anyone to get the allocation as I thought it would be an outside bet and had KN as my second choice.
I would imagine it is purely down to timing as I always make sure I get my order in very early after getting bumped on KN tickets a few years ago. I found myself having to buy tickets ( including 2 entrance tickets per campsite pass ) through Just Tickets at an astronomical mark up and also having to pay up as soon as I placed the order.
I'm all for people having to make a living but that one takes the biscuit, what a rip off, never again.
