Well its been a long week. Last sunday I was riding my bicycle to work and got smoked by a car pulling out of McD's! A$$bag was more worried about his Big Mac than the road so I spent the last week in the hospital in downtown Chicago. My legs were ok, just I couldn't move my arms or hands very well. That has come back slowly but I've had to work at it, I got out of the hospital yesterday and went to school today so I think once I get the medical and insurance BS outta the way it will be ok. Just thought I'd drop a line and let you guys know where I've been for the past week. Hope all is well on your end!

Cheers,
Alex

Sue MacDonalds.  The grease from the Big Mac and fries must have dripped onto the brake pedal, so his foot slipped off (and there rests the case for the defence M'lud)

Get well soon

All the best.
Having been hit by a bus once who pulled out having not seen me. Amazing how you can be on top of the world, taking in a glorious day on your bike and then some barstard ruins it!

Thanks boys!  Smiley Yeah these next few weeks will tell the tale if this will be taken care of swiftly or not. It's up to him if he wants to be a jackass or pay what he is supposed to pay. Either way I'm still coming over in June! Cool Thanks again.

Hows abouts the settlement, i propose it would include that he has to come with you to LM in 2006.
We could all then meet the perpetrator at the 'poo bar' with yourself obviously as the injured party.
I will supply a few unbiased advisers and jury if you prefer a fair trial.
Should it be that you are not of the feminine persuasion and are not into fair trials, human rites and all, I am sure that we can also offer an alternative, but corrective and just service to the guilty man.
