Winter that is....

It's only the end of November, there's no trace of any decent motorsport until March, the season reviews have already started repeating on the tele AND

it's still more than seven months till the next pilgrimage to Le Mans.

Even I'm bored of looking at new camping gear for next year's trip......

It's not right, there must be more to life than this - at this rate I'm gonna have to tidy the house up.......

[wogan voice] is it just me?? [/wogan voice]

No its not just you.  What on earth did we do last year?  Anyone remember?

I'd take to drink but it only brings back the memories.

I know, Happy Snapper drank bottles of Stella last night - I was up for building bottle mountains outside the front door......(I'm still not entirely sure why it's not a good idea  Huh)

I have the new caravan to Lemanise over the weekend, and I have to strip the 1988/9/90 stickers off the back of the old one. (can I sell them on eBay?)

Two months until the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona and then another month and a half until the 12 Hours of Sebring.  No reason to wait until June to get your racing fix.

Agreed Phil,
The Rolex 24 isn't what it used to be.  However walking through the paddock on race morning with the Florida sun on your face, the sound of engines being warmed up and the smell of racing fuel in the air brings some life to the bones frozen stiff by winter.
