yes but don't worry, I don't take that one to bed!

I am in Liverpool for Christmas this year so will return your Tshirt then.(For all of you who are even remotely interested or wondering what I am talking about, I can explain. I didn't get a 2005 Tshirt and forgot to take my 2004 to Le Mans this year so Chris very kindly lent me his but I kept it. So there!)

Chris - we (you, me, Brian, Ian and Jimmy) ought to meet when I am in 'Le Pool' although won't it be weird without the tent, the pool and the noise of Le Mans??

Speak soon

Love

Lisa

... and some old guy with a Texas drawl visiting from across the pond.

Howdy Lisa, hope you folks are doing fine.  I won't be able to make it this year but I will be there in spirit.  Just found out my daughter is pregnant with my first grandchild and I am so excited.  BUT since she is not going to be bringing a group of school kids this year, I coming over either. I will be going to Houston on weekends to see the new baby.  She is due May 24.  Think about that May 24 and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.  How about that?Huh

I am very happy about your news John and am sorry that we won't see you in 2006. However, that being said, at least we won't have to wait around for you to get back to the tent for supper, you tended to be always late!!

I hope all goes well, wish your daughter my best regards and tell her that she will forget the pain in about sixteen years time - I am fibbing - my son is nearly 17 and I still remember it. Perhaps you ought not to mention that fact!!!

love

..I think you should all try and go one step further with this shirt thing...

...and see which celeb you can get wearing one!! (photo evidence required of course!)

For example (and not exactly 'A' list) this is what we've got for our footy team...

We also have a 'shirt on travels' thing going with this type of thing...

Which of course includes my own contribution.. (please excuse the drunken blurry look... the photographer was just as drunk!)

...see, there was a Le Mans link... eventualy!!  Roll Eyes

You're right Rick!

But no CA T-Shirt... just shamless example of getting a shirt on a celeb!

This thread just sparked my interest 'cos we've been doing a similar thing with our footy team shirts...

Unfortunatly my trip to Le Mans doesn't really get me to the top of the travel distance competition as there's been some from Sydney, Vagas, Hongkong, Wellington etc. etc.

...I'll get me coat.

You're either at Le Mans, or waiting for Le Mans!

Bob, you are not being ignorant, I thought the same thing.

Of course it is bound to be somebody really really famous and you and I will then look like divys ('divy' is a scouse word for a silly person!)
