I can't see the problem with it myself. If a man wants to drink soft drink, I say let him.

Personally, I favour a nice Pineapple Crush after 18 holes of Thwack-Fu ck. It's very refreshing, full of Vitamin C and doesn't imbue the horrible dizziness and sicky feeling following the ingestion of beers and other intoxicating liquors.

That'll be 18 holes at the Congo River then  Roll Eyes

But they didn't have any umbrellas or cocktail cherries  Grin

Ho-hum, reputations are a blessing and a curse all at the same time. It's the way of the world I suppose.

As you all know, when at Le Mans, we at Team Zarse are infamous for our massive alcohol intake and are often to be found lying blind drunk in the gutter or upside down in a rubbish skip. I might add, we're much admired for it too. But in daily life, we generally all live sober professional lives, conducting ourselves with dignity and propriety. So great carousings and bachanalian orgies are a relative rarity to us, hence my personal affinity to Pineapple Crush. Thus, if Ballast or JP (and I'm still not sure who to believe here) want to be boring feckers, then so what?

Nice one Andy, I haven't laughed so much in ages. Are you sure this shouldn't be in the jokes thread?

Golf indeed - the best way to ruin perfectly good land.   And Diet Coke  Huh  This insidious creep of so-called normal activity obviously coincides with the imminent end of the year's motorsport season.   Sounds like a need here for some swift, positive attitude realignment.   Bring in the military.   A spot of early morning reveille, marching, kit inspections, cold showers and compulsory runs around the airfield should do the job to keep the dark forces at bay.   Either that or playing golf on a range danger area should sharpen the mind and reinstate the desire for appropriate post-match refreshments.

MG Mark
