Are you sure? I've done Frankfurt (a further 100 miles I think) in a fairly consistent 4.5 hours on a Sunday, bit longer coming back during a weekday. Frankfurt was 386 miles from Calais IIRC.

Calais - Nurburgring -  roughly 450 km
Calais - Le mans - roughly 500 km

That's using max motorway, which is virtually all the way in each case. So the ring is 4hr 30min at the most.  Wink
Hardly my favourite circuit, though.

This looks difficult, as most of the rest of the team seem to be away, but has to be worth a try, especially as I missed Silverstone.  

How many hours is it from Calais?
