It's not so much that the vagina's developed, moreover that it has always been there. The Gimp is of course a pre-operative transexual. I would advise you never to instruct him to "go f**k yourself" if you ever want to sleep at night. It's a horrible sight.
Anyway, he's decided to become a woman and has started hormone treatment. His breasts are beginning to show, but they won't know about lubrication until they open him up.
