Hi

I haven't left a message on here before, although I sometimes take a look at the site and see what you are discussing.

In 3 days I am about to embark on my 14th consecutive trip to LM with the man and "top 10 poster" you know as Any Zarse.

For 51 weeks of the year he holds down a boring job and leads a quiet humble life in the county with his dog Dave. He reads The Telegraph and Horse and Hounds.

However, on Wednesday night, the white bloated beer drinking loud monster that lurks deep within him will be unleashed. An unpredictable monster who thinks nothing of harming himself or others around him. A monster that vomits, gets arrested, fights, loves (sometimes for free!), sprays "sh*t in a can" in your tent, breaks backs, misses ferries, crashes, runs naked and makes hot sausages explode.

As I type this post he will be packing his ice hockey mask, his false teeth, his 100 year old stuffed bear, his air horn and his pepper spray.

Spare a thought for the rest of team Zarse (a very depleated 5 this year).

Look forward to meeting you all again on Saturday night. We got there very very early last year !!.

See you on the ferry Andy. XX

Thank you Paul, I couldn't have put it better myself. Unfortunately, it's all too true.

As to the ice hockey mask, I have something far far better this year, but you will have to wait until we get there to see what it is.  Huh But I think you will be suitably amused.
