Rick,

Judging by the significant advertising in various motoring publications recently I would very much think so. I know that this advertising is partly to drum up sponsorship deals but it is unthinkable now that it would not be broadcasting.

They have to do most of the setup anyway for the radio webcast so I guess that the transmission at the race doesn't add hugely to the costs. Mind you I know nothing about radio........

radio le mans surely wont be broadcast in the uk on fm/am radio though?!

we'll get it at the circuit for sure, but it wont reach england on an fm transmission. for round the clock coverage i think you can listen to the autosport website for radio le mans though.  Huh

Ohh......a kindred boarding school dweller.

I went over the wall several times bro, but its not highly recommended - the police dont approve of searching the grounds with torches n tracker dogs when you have just done a runner!

 Embarrassed

Dont worry tho - its never too late to start making the annual pilgrimage to France and i am sure Le Mans will still be there once you get out!

Now that is something I can totally agree with from experience!

The only trouble was, I was not a boarder (just a lusty 17 year old looking for the fabled all night school dorm party), and it was a girls boarding school  Shocked Grin Cheesy

It gets worse, we got away, but the plod managed to obtain a Registration Number from the car we were in. This is where the real fun started, the car had been borrowed by one of us on the evening (it was a standing arangement he could use the car whenever he wanted, but obviously the owner did not actually know we had it at the time) from his girlfriends, mothers boyfriend, who was in reality a 60 year old bloke who looked a bit dodgy. Well he promptly got nicked and carted off the the local cells at 6AM the following day, so we had to go and own up and take our medicine  Sad

And now we know who was at THAT party. famed throughout the land.

Cor fran how humble we should all feel at this revelation.

This is the party that was in the papers at the time I surmise. Along with nuns hanging screaming from upstairs windows? If only I could find the right link!!!!!
