This has been our main Le Mans vehicle for the past 4 years and has now been surpassed by a new American Motorhome.
My pride and joy has been washed weekly and maintained perfectly. With less than 50,000 miles on the clock and a new clutch this van will go on for ever. When driven at 60mph you will achieve at least 35mpg despite its size.
At only 5m long and 2.1m wide, and 2.8m high. In general this is a great every day vehicle and of course PERFECT Le Mans support vehicle;

I can confirm that I have travelled as a passenger to the 2004 PQ in this vehicle and it is most agreeable.

I concur with Steve, having attended the same event in the said vehicle. I also slept on one of the single beds, and jolly comfortable it was too!! And I'm not the smallest of people!!

Yoinks!!! Rick, that's quite a lot of dosh for an eleven year old Dubb!

Sorry to put anyone off Rick's van, but can I suggest the offer below represents great value for money, two campers for £5.50.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=14256&item=4543531479&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

I know owning a Dubba is probably more "cool", but come on!

Most VW's don't have bathrooms!! Most are finished with plastic cupboards, mine are pine, Most are 100,000miles on the clock or more. New they are in excess of £36,000.
This van is vertually unique as there were only 9 or 10 built. It might be at the Silverstone event next month if anyone wants to see it.

F. Spider it will not be at Le Mans this year as we are taking my dads van.

Rick, it's difficult to tell from the pics, but I would swear there is a whole lot more space in a u-no-what (available in a twin pack, prices from £5.50 from all good auction sites). I admit mine does not have a bathroom , but it does have an outdoor shower and you can always do what we do and piss in the student's toilet (the sink).
