Hi, Are they the static cling type that you can easily remove or the sticky once stuck they will never move again type. Would like to know as we are coming over in a hire vehicle and the owners wouldn't be too pleased if it returns with added stickers still attached.

I understand your concern Chris. I'm sure lots of others will have them on their cars fro events like this but not keep them on the car all the time.
I've asked for the self cling (not sticky) type so that they can be removed, so you should be OK.

Only just registered on the forum but been reading CA for last few years so thought I would show my support and send you a fiver for some stickers. I'll put a cheque in the post tomorrow. What happens if over subscribed? looks like it could go that way.
Also like the idea of T-shirts.

Mark, our cheque is in the post, as we leave on Sunday 8th, we will not receice them in time, no problem as we may meet up with you in the champers bar. Then we can purchase some more. These ones will do for next year. Thanks for sorting the stickers out. Brian.

Hi Brian
Two options for you. Firstly, if the courier arrives early enough on Friday and I put them in a registered post envelope, would that guarantee Saturday mrning delivery?? (I'm not certain) Otherwise, I am trying to meet up with Smokie on Saturday to give him his and Giles' as he should be at LM by Monday (I think) I could give your's to Smokie too if that would help??

JP, Smokie has E mailed me and has kindly offered to collect mine. As he arrives on MB, on the same day as us, Monday. The the site is fairly empty, I am sure we will have no trouble finding each other. Thanks again. Brian.

DO NOT post things like , weekend away,on here. It has took many years of training, to get Mrs Liverpool boys to agree to us being away for 10 days for a 24 hr race. Sorry Smokie thought I would edit that one. Brain.

brain...!
Mrs Liverpool boys might well be concerned about 10 days away for a 24h race...
You know that she knows that you are having a good time....
And it makes you feel a little bit guilty....
Underneath it all, she's probably GLAD to see the back of you for 10 days....
I don't ask why, but mine is too....

We're only away for 5 nights Planning on longer next year!! But I did hear about a couple of guys who planned a three week + holiday with their families. Left the UK end of last week, travelled down to the South of France where they abandoned wives and kids to go to the Monaco GP. Driving up to Southern Brittany this week where they will then abandon the wives and kids again for three days fisjing, followed by five days at Le Mans, then rejoining their families on Monday after the race to head home on the Wednesday. How they get away with it I don't know!!

Smokie, think it has something to do with the 11 months planning, for next years race, she can sometimes be heard shouting, why the fluck don't you shut up about Le Mans. Good is it not.

Mrs Slim (and she actually is) looks forward to our boys trip to Le Mans as all the better halfs get together while we are away and have a great time too. Thank goodness they have the kids to look after otherwise the 12 of them loose in Hampshire would be worse than 60,000 guys loose in Le Mans. (or at least I think they stay home and look after the kids?? )

Brain, I get the same, exactly. When my Mrs does that, she gets a blast of Bentley engine from the free cover CD I picked up last year. She knows that discussion is at an end, and it's time for her to carry on with the ironing... Horses for courses...
