Okay Robbo, let's speed things up a little, I'll have two for up the scaffolding. That brings your total half way the aim.

What if you will only need 20, how will the costs work out, 15 or 20 each?

I guess if 30 cost £275, then if we only have 20 buyers we still get the 30 and pay £275, which works out at £13.75 each and we have 10 spares that can be sold at a later date. Funds from these could either be split between the original purchasers, or be put towards a few bottles of 'poo on Saturday night! Or maybe several cases of beer for a get together one night??

I tried to contact them and ask for prices on small numbers for our group but they haven't replied yet!!!   Cry

Plus Postage and Packing of course!!!

"save up" Mr Insivible???  Can you explain how that works?

Oops. Sorry Fran, I wasn't thinking. It means that you would have to curtail some of your evening and weekend social life for a few months. And to fore-go all those wonderful designer numbers you have in your wardrobe.

Alternately, you could marry one of the single members from this site, and then divorce them after a few months. However, I believe that in order to really benefit from this method, that the marriage would need to be consummated.  Shocked

Hope that helps explain the concept.  Grin

30 flags are the lowest amount they will generate a print run from !!

No chance for Sebring.

If anyone else wants one, put youre name on the thread. I am off to Hong Kong for a while and will update when i return.

Hopefully we will have nearly 30 orders by then !!

Mr Invisible!!!!

I have just returned from a brief holiday in the sunshine and find myself absolutely horrified by all of the suggestions for saving that you have put forward. This clearly hasnt been thought out properly....

I could do with a flag, oh and a polo shirt and Tshirt.  Really must get more organised for the year, although have now paid for my camping etc, so at least thats sorted!

I'd best email Robbo when I get home!

Well what do you expect? You started it with a silly question. Everybody knows it is impossible to explain the merits/benefits of saving to a woman.  Kiss

As everybody seems euphoric and all keen for the LM trip to start, I thought I would bump this back to the top.

Good going, Mr Invisible.

Last time I kicked this topic back up where it matters, there were another three flags ordered.

Keep those orders coming in, otherwise ours are only gonna be more expensive!!

Ok, after Jem thats 22 flags. I am pretty sure that they should fold nicely into an envelope and go first class.

Only 6 more orders then i will get them, but will hopefully sell the other 2 at le mans.
