Don't know if anyone saw The Heist on tv earlier in the week.
Basically, they take 6 real life ex cons (all reformed apparently) and ask them to test the security of a target by trying to steal something from the target. This week it was a painting from an art exhibition. The security manager at the target knows it's going to happen, so it's a test for his procedures.
By looking at the trail for next weeks show, it looks like they are going to try to steal a prototype TVR; I guess from the factory.
Probably the funniest thing on tv since Donal McIntyre stitching up herberts in Portsmouth.

Why would you possible agree to put yourself up for this show. If they fail, you've "only done your job properly". If they succeed and get the thing away from you, who will employ you in a security role again Huh?

You don't win Le Mans - you outlast it.

Don't be so nasty... Don't you remember, both cars crossed the line this year (no, not on a recovery truck).   Smiley

My sisters car hasnt ever been recovered. Even when it drove home a few years back with 7 cylinders. She hadnt realised the HT leads werent attached properly.

I saw the trailer on TV last night, it looked like the new prototype Sagaris.

Here's to hoping the programme ends in a "Worlds Most Dangerous Car Chases" style!! Grin
