I just receive the application of a TR6, so I can't understand you're not able to find any classic in your surroundings !

I need a navigator for Gilles's Classic Rally on the weekend 11/12 December.
The car is on your left   Alfasud Sprint Veloce
I can offer accommodation as my guest at my house in France on the Friday and Sunday evenings. You can either bring your own car to Calais and drive down to my house (leave it here, or bring it on down to the Sarthe), or I can pick you up from Dieppe in my car. You will find ferry prices below. I live about 20 miles east of Dieppe and 100 miles south of Calais. Ideally we could spend Friday evening here and travel down to the Sarthe (via the old Rouen Grand Prix circuit, if you like) on the Saturday. Back here after lunch on Sunday, so that you can return to UK on the Monday.

Oh yes, I nearly forgot - this will be fun.

Basically it will cost you:

Rally including breakfast and lunch 35 euros
Single room at Chateaux Domaine de Bel Air 70 euros
Dinner Saturday night 20 euros
That's a steal.
I can arrange very cheap travel: Dover-Calais unlimited return  - £50.00 with a car, or Newhaven-Dieppe three-day foot-passenger return (Friday/Monday) - £19.00.

Please e-mail PM me the if you are interested

If the Mustang was running a 351, each cylinder would be almost the entire Smart engine... Smiley Smiley
