Ok in theory, but I am also splitting the rental cost for a week for the car that my two English friends have hired, I am only going to see use of that for 2 days as well, as they are doing Orlando when I am at Sebring . I am sadly not made of money, but will contribute to cost of fuel on the return trip to Orlando.

Thanks Smokie. We were looking at £106 for the "standard" vehicle. The same on yoru site is £93!!  Cheesy

I tried the site and got £138 for the voyager for 5 days. (I think you looked at 4 days for us but we'd be collecting Wed am and returning Sun pm.) Still a good deal though. For only £5 extra you can add on all drivers over 25 and a free tank of fuel too!! so £143 between 4 of us would only be £36 each!

They also have a 4 door Chrysler Cirrus for £111 all in!

National work out a little more expensive for us Phil, mainly because all the insurances are extra whereas from Smokie's site they are included. Thansk for the tip though, it's always worth a try!!  Smiley

I'm afraid I have my reputation to think of  Roll Eyes and will need to wear a mask if we are to hire an MPV  Shocked

Better than being a gentlemans orifice.
Mine seems to have calmed down a bit now, by the way.

Chris, why are you splitting the rental cost with your two friends when you won't be using that car at all??  They are neither taking you to, or from, Sebring. Maybe they should be staying until Sunday to fit in with your plans!!

I am travelling over with them on Monday, using the car to and from the airport to the hotel, doing whatever, probably a theme park Tuesday and back to the airport on the Monday.

Just not doing Sebring ,Wednesday - Sunday with them.

Well, it's time to start finalizing all the stuff we need for camping for a few days.  Does anyone know if ice is available at the track for the ice chest?
I plan to arrive late Wednesday afternoon and hope someone is able to save me enough space to park the truck and a couple of tents.  I don't know how crowed things will be at that time but just in case would appreciate someone getting there earlier to post a flag or something there.   I will probably have an extra tent if anyone needs to use it.  Also have an extra sleeping bag, just let me know whether to bring it or not.

BTW, there is a WFO party scheduled for Thursday evening, my birthday party, St Paddy's day you know.  Surely is nice of TDDWEST to throw a shin dig for me!!!   Here is the announcement.

Second Annual SebringFans.com WFO party
Free Beer... Get primed for the Weekend...WFO... from SebringFans.com,
Thursday the 17th, at TDDWEST's turn 4 spot #11, at 6:30 PM,....

Plenty of ice available at the midway, no worries about keeping the beer cold.  If it gets as hot as usual, you may want to save some ice to dump over your head or stuff in your cap.
