Just come back from Hols in Cognac area, and drove back past the circuit (had to didn't I - the car drove itself towards the circuit!).  There is some major work going on on the road behind the main grandstands - they seem to be widening it and removing the kink at the start of the pit straight (on the road, not the track).  LOts of large pipes lying around ready to be laid as well.  Would have taken a piccy, but all camera chips were full.

Also major road works at the N side of LM by the Buffalo Grill roundabout - but this did not affect the access to the Alencon section of the motorway.

OK DelBoy, thanks for that. Can you just nip back on Wednesday and give us a follow up? Cheers.

(Will that be a good enough excuse for you? You know, genuine request for vital info typestuff?)

Ahh, that's a shame then...

But we live in hope!

Whilst I think about it Gilles, any news on the fate of Houx annexe (assume Camping Houx is safe?) - have they sold tickets for it?
