A quick correction Robbo - Subaru are a part of Fuji Heavy Industries. At least that's what it says on the build plate under the bonnet of my car anyway. Oops - I've now identified myself to all and sundry as a Subaru owner. For the benefit of Ron Jeremy it is not a WRX, I am not girlfriendless, and my right arm has not recently been rendered numb for the purposes of self gratification.

As i had pretty much guessed. FORD GM and then VAG
rule the multiply owner wars.
Shame really, as they now own too many nice car firms.
Oh well.
On the Pontiac thingy.
I always wanted a Pontiac Firebird, in black was i was little, i still have the model.
Or, a Dodge Charger
And who owns Dodge ? GM ?

It just occurred to me whilst reading this thread that the big 3 or 4 multinationals own or have a stake in just about everybody they've considered worthwhile, yet none of thm has ever wanted to buy Morgan. Makes you think eh
