Anyone else had a look to see what's on ebay?

Absolutely hilarious! Whilst I feel a bit sorry for some of the folk who clearly are only trying to get a bit of dosh back on the odd over ordered ticket, there are clearly a couple of scam merchants here who are going to be really out of pocket. The lack of bidders is amazing, maybe the ACO tactic of dishing out BSJ camping tickets to all and sundry has killed the black market stone dead.

I've been watching for a while now, even Houx is difficult to flog.

Stupidest thing though is the auction end times as a few end next Tuesday one ends as late as Next thursday!

They'd have more luck standing at a ferry terminal with a placard!

Anyone know why Beausejour is more expensive than some other sites (45euro) when it is furthest away and least popular ?

I think the higher BSJ price is to take account of the shittle buses available to take you up to the village.

Most of the auctions on *bay seem to have nil bids  Cheesy

Ah buses , that makes sense.

I thought that the bogs might be of a superior standard, or that handmaidens might be available for soothing tired limbs, but if its only an overcrowded bus then thats ok.

Yes there are a lot of tickets on Ebay that will not sell and people will be out of pocket. For the speculators that bought extra tickets to make a profit and stopped people like me getting the tickets that I wanted shame. Grin There was three Tertre rouge tickets on Ebay this week that I would have liked as I have camped there for the last 10 years (However the Aco decided to give me Houx annexe.)The Tertre Rouge tickets  did not sell at £40.00 each  so I emailed the chap and asked if he would like to sell them and he offered them to me for £300.00 Shocked  so I said no I like tertre rouge but not that much. I was under the impression anyway that it was against Ebay trading policy to sell event tickets if the ticket expressly says that you cannot which the tickets do. See the reverse of the tickets for tems and conditions.
