Rhino, Mgmark, Simon P,

Look out for us on Karting Nord, spottable by the Seat Toledo and the Scottish and English flags (and possibly the green mini moto if we can squeeze it into Stu's car.)

Cold beer awaits.

Cheers
Jay

Have a drive around and find The Brethren (you won't miss them), camp near them if you get a chance. Friday night there is a legend, try the Rusty's chilli challenge and watch the bikes light up!!!

Hey Rhino,

The best areas to camp, hmmm, last year we arrived quite late on the Thursday and there was not a great choice left. A large section of the campsite was taken up by regimented danish tour company tents, and another large section was taken up by the Porsche owners club. A definate no, no for camping however is anywhere near the bottom toilet block  as the ground round there was as hard as nails. We camped up near the track end of the site last year (about 30 yards in), the ground was a lot softer and there was a bit of shade from the trees.

The section taken by the Porsche owners club at the far end of the campsite is probably the best area though.

Cheers

Jay

I remember some girl decided it would be clever to lick the plate clear a couple of years ago and after about a minute she had to make a run for it never to be seen again Tongue

As long as it doesnt have sweetcorn in it he'll be fine - to be fair - the year that happened was the year we camped in Parking Bleu - about 3 mikles from the bogs - which was approximately 2.99 miles too far away for him to make it in time!

<mental note to self - no sweetcorn this year>

I'll take the Chilli Challenge - even if its just so that I dont have to eat the "beef with grass" that we normally eat at Le-mans!!

You might well have been next to Rick, but I'm usually so confused I probably missed the significance.

Are you really going down to the Commer comming out event?

Hmmm will give Chilli a miss this year I think - Last year, we had some special t-shirts printed for those who suffered - I won the "Fizzy Gravy" award, Hollywood won the "Sick-Bag" one.  Tried to explain 'Fizzy Gravy' to our Danish companions... was fun, but now I know what "chunski" means  Grin
