Just catching up with today's posts, I am beginning to wonder whether being at Le Mans for a week is enough time to meet everyone, get a suntan and maybe watch a race. Especially as a lot of people don't arrive till Thursday.

Still, not long till I find out  Smiley Smiley Smiley

Being chief moderator....bottle washer.....etc

I'm sure you'll manage, after all it is not very often we have the chance to meet with royalty to "doff our caps" and be anointed by the almighty(and not have postings deleted)....well only once a year at the shampoo bar or elsewhere around the campsites\circiut!!!!

See you there

Hi smokie,

We were LM virgins last year and are now totally hooked. We've been planning this years trip since we came back last year.

We're going out Thursday this year, coming back Monday. TOTALLY NOT ENOUGH TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AGREE!!

Next year, planning to get there Monday before the race, staying whole 7 days.

It's a new religion!!

I'm not sure a week is enough but it's about as much as my Kidneys can take.
I't kinda strange I get bored with place and things very quickly.  But for some reason I can't wait for the next one to come around.  I never get to see everyone I would like to and each year plus I meet more people each year.

This year Mr Disco and myself are on for a full 9 day trip - I tried explaining this to my colleagues at work, but they can't see why this is needed for a 24 hour race!!!! Personally I think a 2 week break is best to fully appreciate LM...

Excellent!!

I do warn any potential Lemons virgins about the addicitivity potential. Great to see it still works!! Prepare to now plan your whole future around the fest.

Missing mates weddings (why do they do that, this year will be the 4th one missed!!!), planning your own around it (and even making it part of the honeymoon!!!!) and eventually, the birth of your loinseed will be scheduled so as not to interfere (no shagging between August and October, just in case!!!) - remember, it's not just the actual birth but subsequent birthdays of the small ones that will create merry discussion!!

Enjoy!!

Yes, good job your Dad wasn't a LM fan Rick, or you could have been born in September. And maybe if things had been differen, you could have been born a girl and therefore into kittens, needlework and dry sherry instead of manly things like LM.  Grin
