I'll be in Le Mans from Thursday morning to Monday lunchtime. During this time what would be your top three must do things?

1) Visit Carrfour
2) Drink beer
3) Party

Or

1) Watch the start from about 2 ish
2) Visit the Arnage and Mulsanne corners
3) Watch the finish.

It's difficult not to have a good time and enjoy every minute.  There is so much going on both on and off the track you can't see it all.

Just enjoy!

People keep telling me the museum should be done once, but, like the parade, I'm saving it for another year...

Talking of the museum.

We finally made it last year......not bad,but for those of you who want to visit .However if you want to aviod paying the entry fee .....read on!!!!!

Myself and mini wishy........ in error walked through the doors and went into the shop and then round the museum which in fact  is the reverse way round the museum.........in doing so we bypassed the man taking the entrance money.Oh dear!!!

I thought the Museum was good. Its cheap to get in (especially if you use Wishy's way) as you get discount with your GA ticket. Its only a couple of quid. Also its just at the top of the village so its not an ordeal to get to. When I went they were running an in car lap  in the little cinema which a saddo like me always enjoys. Worth a look and fills a few hours in.

You don't win Le Mans - you outlast it.

The three essential things to take ? I think it was beer and beer but I can't remember what the third one was...  Grin

I don't care - I'm a racing driver and I'm here to win, not to finish third.

Don't forget the footy. England v France on Sunday night in Euro 2004. How sweet will be to go into a French bar and watch the mighty England beat the cheating, diving Arsenal b4stard5 (hey, I can dream) Smiley
