It's that time again, when I volunteer to draw up a comprehensive timetable of Club Arnage members travel plans and events. See here for last year's http://www.swr2002.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/maps/wtg2003.htm

So, if you want to let me know your:

  • group name (if you have one)
  • travel plans (crossing/time)
  • ETA
  • Campsite
  • Any distinguishing features of your group (e.g. exotic machinery)
  • Any plans for open-to-all events/parties

or anything else you can think other might be interested in, please send details to me at smokie@stones.com. Given the huge amount of SPAM I have to delete each day without reading, it would be helpful if you titled your email Club Arnage Timetable.

Please bear in mind the limited space for each entry, so don't go writing War and Peace!!!

In previous years I have mailed this out to everyone who contributes, but this year we will simply update the version in  the above thread.

The Blokes at Le-Mans

Travelling down to Pompey wednesday PM should be at Beausjour (must order tickets earlier next time..) apres midi, Jeudi! unload the gear and then send out the boys to get material for the beer mountain from the local Carrefour

Distinguishing features;
- A Ferrari something or other.

- An XJS with it's rivet counting owner Critical Bloke

- my Range Rover, because some bugger has to get the gear to the site.

- 6 blokes in attendance this year including one virgin/sanitary executive, one old, one little, one critical, one stupid and an Adrian

- Friday PM Black Tie curry for the blokes accompanied by Mr Ravi Shankar and his Bingly Bangly CD.

- Tent will probably be a large ex-army a frame, great for farting in as they all collect up at the top with no place to escape. The first bloke to rise normally does so with a wet flannel over their nose.

Pop along for a stubbie or two (those with donations are never turned away), though I would avoid Adrian Blokes red wine as he can be frugally challenged when it comes to splashing out. We aren't sexist so flange are more than welcome to join us especially if their father owns a brewery/distillery or they have a very broad minded sister.

Gonna be a good un.. again.
