Great idea Rick, I am sure it would not take much work to make it a runner, stick an Audi engine in it and the ACO would even give it an entry

What a wonderful thing to own. I suspect it could be a tad expensive to add a correct powertrain - like a couple of hundred grand, if I had the wedge and a home big enough, I'd have it as an impressive piece of wall art. I worked for a automotive photographic company a few years ago and we shot a Jaguar XJR9 for a Dunlop Tyres ad. It too was a rolling chassis only and insurance value was GBP 120,000 back in the late 80's, so I think the bidding has a fair way to go yet.

Like your thinking Nordic!!! Reckon about a grand each should do the trick. Robbo, if you don't end up using the turbo in the Min, maybe we could use that too! I'm sure the missus won't mind this in our garage for a few months!

Dangerous thinking there I would have thought, never under estimate the power of women to defy logic and put a spanner in the spokes of a great plan. I offered to store my brothers car once in my garage, you would have thought i done her mother in for all the grief it caused.

Then having to store that diagonally across the double garage in winter!! Now that's grief!!

Nordic, Reading between the lines, I get the impression that the mother in laws days are numbered. And maybe the wifes too. Disposal is usually the biggest problem, but already it seems like the garage is out of the question. Looking at Mgmarks photo in 'Attention Mr Harper', I reckon he's your best bet. He looks like he's digging a very deep hole at a fantastic rate of knots, you could lose a lot of things down there. He advises 'an aquamist injector, squirts and bigger bangs', and this might not be bad advice to take regarding the bodies, after all, if the forensics boys can't catch them, they can hardly check their pulses. Best of luck. H

It's dark and dirty work, but someone has to provide a service - it's not pretty, but it works and comes with and a free guarantee and extended warranty. Our rates are very reasonable......

Oh dear me! I think you're going to need a good lawyer and a surgeon with experience in the field of sewing things back on. You'll be our own John Wayne Bobbitt! PS did I mention I'm going to Antigua tomorrow?

Have just found out the hard way that Mrs Nordic reads this fourm Nordic, There's no time to lose, you must act swiftly before she calls the cops. You'll need a saw, some buckets, bin bags and air freshener. You know you won't regret it, not after what you said a few months ago... H
