Steer clear of people with antinuclear bumper stickers pasted on their cars.

They are interested in preserving mankind, which is admirable. They are not necessarily interested in preserving you, or themselves, for that matter.

They have more important things to think about.

Grin Exactly! They were leading the 1.5L class, had an off during lap 254 and were assisted back on track by spectators.  Cry The sister car (#42) led the class until it crashed on lap 243 and retired.  Undecided They would have been classified as 10th & 11th overall as well as 1 & 2 in class.  Roll Eyes The retirement(s) allowed the #47 Porsche 550 Spyder (Zora Akus-Duntov was one of the drivers) to win the class, placing 12th overall and completing only 216 laps.  Shocked As the French would say: c'est dommage.  Embarrassed

Hi Bear,

Unless you were being ironic, can I suggest that your proposed course of action is exactly what NOT to do. One can get into this thing too deeply you know!
