Grin Hello out there in 'net land.  Smiley I have corresponded with the `big cheese' thru the C-A website and have just signed on to the forum.  Cheesy  I was an American Marshal at L-M in '99, '00, '01 and '02.  Cool I have written of my experiences and the stories can be found at marshalspost.com.  Kiss I am the fourth from the right in the photo from the '99 race.  Lips Sealed

Well Howdy Bear!
Whoa, a real live US Marshal, already I can see you on your horse in a stedson, signing up a few deppedees and promising justice for the godfearing folk of this town.
Welcome to the forum, have fun, and make sure you come back. Are you planning on riding into LM this year?

Welcome Bear. Just read your notes of last year.

Interesting that the suits in the Audi hospitality had "a three lane 1/32 scale slot car track measuring about 12 x 18 feet on the porch of the pavilion. Invitees were busy running model Audi R-8s off the track on a continuous basis. There were some lovely ladies in attendance whose job it was to re-rail the cars."

Keep coming....
