only six weeks to go now until we can get a taste for Le Mans again...

so who's going then? PM/Smokie/Bretheren/Rickmeister by any chance?

and who else is camping on the infield (P16 vert) camping facility?

You don't win Le Mans - you outlast it.

Following a show of bravery in front of the enemy, above and beyond the price of a small beer, I might be coming...

I recognise those stickers...not sure about the butt cheeks though

I must remind the T.W.A.T.S. not to take 12,000 stickers with them this year!

Count Me and Mr RS2 (aka 50CC Man) in but I am not too sure about the camping being as its only a short distance to travel for us Wink

That being said - lets hope Mr RS2 doesn't get it into his head to do a practice run on the scooter.

We should arrange a proper meeting as from the other times I have been it is still really busy and not too many Brits (sorry Gilles but its true) just lots of French and their kids and dogs!

We could give our t-shirts a trial run as well Grin

I am stopping now before I wet myself with excitment ( I know I am going to be sorry I mentioned that)

It has been a long day at the office and I obviously need to get some fresh air.

PQ is quite less expensive than the june race. The popular tradition is reporting on the PQ.

When you're local, married, with at least 2 or 3 kids, you are probably not enough money these years to come in June, but you may come at PQ with all your screaming family, buy the T-Shirt of last year edition, proof for all your colleagues you were here in June, and you come with all your pets visiting a zoo when you can admire a few of British specimens...

... but I don't know who is on the human side of the zoo  Wink

Good call! Fairly successful in the past has been the Sebring bar at lunchtime on the Saturday but I vaguely remember that being shut last year?

Not sure of my place of residence for the Saturday night. Last year I was in a rather splendid chateau, but previous years has either been the old tentie thing in Vert somewhere or the Grand Hotel in Solesmes (which is a tad far but does have Canal Plus, although this year with the date change 'n' all, we wouldn't be treated to the 1st Sat of the month post midnight adult film fest!!!). Even managed to squeeze into the Auberge Hotel (by the 2nd chicane) one year. Apparently we shouldn't have got in as it's "reserved" many years in advance.

Can't believe it's only a smidge over 6 weeks away!!!! Wooo hoooo!!
