The usual crap is starting.
French port Strikes - June Sun2, Thurs6, Mon10, Wed12, Fri14, Tues18, 20, 24, 26, 28
A strike will take place in all French ports on 10 separate days in June because of pension and labour issues.
Stoppages will last for a period of four hours between 10:00 and 16:00.
Thank god my boats are overnight

The night boats may be effected if the afternoon sailing proceeding it have been delayed.
However they are the slowest crossings so can make up some time during the night.

I've outfoxed them already - I travel on days without strikes

And now the air traffic controllers are having their turn, but this ends on Friday. It might affect the kit arriving in time for the practice day. Plus the farmers are having blockages in the Pyrenees. Painful

Looks like the dock strike might be having an effect.
Tomorrows BF night boat to St Malo is cancelled.
I'm usually on that, but decided to use the Caen route instead. Positive.
Negative is that the Caen boats going to be rammed.

The Caen boat we are on Barry has been full for months now, they are not taking bookings.
