Reckon it's a bit too soon.

However......

Looks good, but I think I'll still Fabsil my coats and dig out the spare wellies, and the Factor 60 sun cream

It was pleasantly warm yesterday, but it does get chilly late in the evening still.

Good news for those that are camping is that the ground is very dry at the moment, so any rain that does fall based on the forecast over the next few days will drain or dry quite quickly. Unlike last year when it was already saturated so when we had rain race week it was just flooding everywhere.

There's always Gav and his forecasting..........

TBF, current commercial forecasts aren't looking too shabby.

All still a bit early, for me, though.....

Torrential downpours in short bursts yesterday evening around the area, but back to sunny periods and a gentle breeze, so drying up nicely.

Temps expected to rise over the next few days.  So far the forecasts have been pretty accurate over a few days.

You know what I don't give a fluck, what the weather is like, I just enjoy being their, from my first visit in 1991, we have had hail as big as golf balls, wind that has brought 18 x 6 gala tents airborne, hot ones that would make an arab sweat, rain that would put the Lake distract to shame. Stop worrying what the weather will be like and think more of what you will remember from the experience.
