Welcome to is this years print. I decided to feature the Tornado GR4 and also a nod to the incoming F35 as a tribute to MG Mark and his long service with the RAF and work at Marham, plus the goodies supplied by the chaps based there over the last few years which have been just astonishing.

If you'd like one of these shirts, just post up here with your size and I will either bring them to LM or post if required. I will PM all the necessary after that.

All the best and see you in a field in France in a very short while.

Rusty

Rusty is that a USAF emblem on the 35?

If possible a single small roundel might be nice mate

But whatever I'm in as you know

One of the biggest you do please Rusty, 3XL in the past but I suppose its dependent upon the manufacturer, whatever - the biggest.

As ex mob myself the (reliably) great design is even more praiseworthy. Somewhat chastened that I didn't notice the USAF markings, good call Perdu  Wink

Post please Rusty, I plan to wear mine on the way out. Please PM with total cost as soon as you can.

Great job!  Grin

Rusty,

Your designs are always outstanding and memorable. This one is, for me, is truly unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Linking Tornado, Lightning, Marham and 617 Sqn, with the 70th anniversary of the Dams raid and 100 years of the station joins many historical dots of the past with those of the present and the near future. Awesome.

Your thanks for my modest part in things are gratefully received as I now approach completing 40 years of regular service. Looking forward to seeing you and all out at Le Mans in a few weeks time - will PM you with an order once I've trawled my lot for sizes.

Brilliant Rusty, as ever, Mark is well made up  .

I've asked my lot what they would like this year and will come back to you, these will be for collection at Le Mans.

I don't see the price mentioned?  Are these still £20 each or has inflation struck?

Rusty, you know I love the art work, and I may be being thick, but I don't get the Dambusters 70th reference.
617 formed and the raid was in '43, so it's the 74th anniversary this year.

Am I missing something? Or is it just the start of senile dementia?   Grin

Hi Barry, I don't think there is any dementia round here yet (when there is it is bound to be me first Sad  ) Rusty has highlighted a special paint scheme that was flown on one of the 617 sqn aircraft in 2013

No more than that, I think the scheme is available for model-makers in 1/72 scale

Very striking or maybe even awe inspiring but as it was on the aircraft Rusty is entirely blameless

Not blaming anybody just confused, story of my life recently. Sad
Your explanation seems very logical and now I understand the connection.

Perdu is right on the button there Barry. It is the tail paint schemes that I have highlighted.

Cheers Nigel,
Yes I've had a very pleasant email from Mark, he's made a few suggestions regarding some details which I will add in the next day.

To your question about price, inflation hasn't struck so it is still the same £20.

All the best

Rusty, I am sailing on the 12th therefore a delivery would be needed by the preceding Saturday, the 10th. Is this likely to be a squeeze?
