Howdo.

Me and Newcastle Dave, Gil and Barnsley Mick in the funshine variety bus. Beer in the fridge and bikes hanging off the back.

Poole to C'bourg on the vomit comet Thursday morning (with epic hangovers no doubt after a night with a chap called Charlie who lives in Swanage). Should be on Eppinettes by tea time to.meet up with Dutch Bas.

Buggering back off home on Sunday evening Caen to Pompy

Taking ear plugs this year. Eppinettes isn't far enough from Houx to escape Martini's snoring :-)

On Condor to St Malo Monday lunchtime and driving straight to LM should be there 19.30. Or if it is raing will check into a hotel for the night as I do not want to set up a tent in the wet...!
On Houx with Neil & Gang, Steve & Gang, Kev & gang and DFH.
Leaving after race on Sunday to Combourg then leave lunchtime Monday to Guernsey.

Going to Greece for a holiday before that Grin

Staying in Houx with No Panic, DFH, Steve Pyro, Martini and Kev mk3.

Bringing my son Alex for his first trip to LM as he would have finished his last GCSE exam on the Friday afternoon. He can spend the Father's Day with me Grin

Return train to CDG Monday lunchtime.

Thursday morning Tunnel. (that sounds like a condition...)
BN for Thursday afternoon, Saveloy will probably be in the boot.
Sunday night in Le Mans centre.
Tunnel again on Monday afternoon.

Can you still buy GE tickets at the turnstiles/entrance?

Certainly could last year, haven't heard of any changes. Only slight issue was that late on Wednesday evening, about 10pm, the only ticket office open was the one up by the main entrance.

Me and my lot + Elanman and his lot all arriving at various times, via various ferry routes, from Tuesday through to (I expect) Thursday.

For a variety of reasons, our English contingent are all on Epinettes this year, with French friends remaining on BN (so we can return there if the change proves to be unappealing).  It will certainly make the walk to (or rather back from) the Brethren party somewhat more of a challenge than usual!

All leaving post-race on Sunday, some overnighting on the boat back to Portsmouth, others overnighting near Neufchatel-en-Bray, then return ferry from Calais on Monday afternoon.

I see from Google Maps that the annual roadworks in Rouen have started.  Google report no other works in Normandy.

No change there then  Grin  Grin
