Neil,

This looks good.  I do have a big gob, and I think direct sprays would hit the mark.

What about cooling the beer?

Between 1996, and 2003, At the Sarthe, I dragged around a Rubbermade cooler that carried roughly four cases of beer, with plenty of ice to keep it cold, went by the name of R2D2. Plenty of guys on here have seen him.  We begged, borrowed, and stole enough ice from the local E.Lcerec Mart to get us through the weekend. Heavily modified with duel lawn mower wheelers at each corner, he was the ultimate all-terrain beer dispenser. That little twerp who you guys have has nothing on R2.
Or just buy a backpack cooler, we have about four that can can hold a twelve pack apiece, plus ice, you just keep a large "mother ship" cooler back at the camp, from time to time send someone back to restock.
For the guy's coming to Indy? You can buy these at the local Target, or Walmart.
