The Can-Am photos bring back some great memories.  Dave has done several terrific books about the Shelby Cobra's, the McLaren Can-Am cars, pro sports car racing in America, etc.  Most of which are readily available of the secondary market.  However his book Legends of Motorsport goes for around three hundred bucks these days if you can find one.  But its a fantastic coffee table photo album.
