Just found this on the ACO website :

- Temporary covered grandstand located on the outside of the track at the Esses of Tertre Rouge
- Non-numbered seats (free choice of seating)
- Excellent view on the Esses of Tertre Rouge and the start of the Hunaudières straight
- Closest entrances: E14 (Tertre Rouge) and E16 (Panorama)
Is this a new one ?
I'm still on the hunt for 2 grandstand tickets, prefer T34 but if nothing comes up this might be an alternative. Are they still selling leftover tickets in the rotunda these days ?
