Anyone watch Top Gear last night? Who was the gormless grinning bloke over James May's left shoulder during the "News" section. Hilarious!

wow - top gear is really on the down hill slope, if people are watching the audience, rather than the presenters

As long as you watch it with a pinch of salt it is entertaining rather than informative

I think that they've lost the plot this series. I've previously defended them in the face of my wife's ridicule but the last two programmes have indeed been crap.

Agreed.

They have yet to work out that when you use essentially the same gag played out over and over again, it stops working after a while. JC is much more amusing in print these days than on TG.

it has become drivel.

Climbing out of car windows and back in the other side - drivel

It was worth seeing his face when he realised that he couldn't defy the laws of physics with an aquaplaning bmw. To then blame the car - drivel.

The last four? episodes have contained only about 20 minutes worth watching and I cant be bothered to think back which 20 minutes that was.

If you have even a vague notion about mixing cars and entertainment it is simply utter shite these days....
