The local pub (Haps) here in Cincy is showing the game live...at 4:00 AM! Legally they can't open the taps until 5:30 but since this place is a big hangout of the local police district, they'll get a nod and a blind eye from the authorities. Haps is a big hangout of the local rugby clubs. John

Rick, The support is mostly British. There are quite a few ex-pats from the UK residing in the area, several of them playing on local clubs so there's little doubt who the "home" team is in the local pubs. However there's great respect for the Aussie's too should it should be a fun game to watch. John

I'm not usually an armchair sports fan, particularly of ball sports. But I will be up tomorrow cheering on the lads.
Up an' at 'em, England...

Well done lads. Excellent edge of your seat nail biter of a game. A world cup for england in any disguise can only be a good thing. That ref was a bit biased though.

Stu , I agree , the ref was becoming terribly annoying towrds our forwards, which is a shame as we had dominated the rucks , scrums and mauls all day.
Anyway .
Finally England have acheived their potential.
