Do tell, please Andy. We have not heard of the "old bird" lately. Being that you are not taking her. What are you taking? Will it be enough to support "The Gimp" for his now infamous arrival.
I hope "The Gimp" is feeling better. Oh by the way. I like bbq pork cracklins ! They are a 12hrs Sebring staple.

Lois? Gwyn? whatever he's on, I need some bill So far today a bottle of Caberney and 4 double Grouses plus the two pints of ale at lunch time. Apparently I have exceded my healthy alocation for the week. But this is daily consumption due to relaxation and the stresses of no work. ( one of the reasons why no LM this year for me) Too much Stress! When I told my Doc', he wanted to join CA.

Don't worry huys she's fine. MOT'd?........ Mark Still got T&T and insurance. For another few days... I saw her the other day (over the fence) and she was looking suitably relaxed. While Andy and I had a detox stroll around the estate after Germany, she could be heard chortling to herself. I think she is pleased that she has a years release from the punishment she had to endure due to organ lining failure while hauling massive ammounts of baggage and wee spilling men in masks. As we returned from our stroll around the boundry's of Zarse Towers, I noticed that she rocked gently in appreciation. Long live the Commer. PP

I was suffering pangs of guilt over the weekend. So I dug her out of hibernation and fired her up for the first time this year. I charged the battery up, put some fresh petrol in her and hit the starter button. Once the fuel was through the system she fired up instantly and settled into a lovely smooth idle. I've rarely heard her run nicer. Slotting her into first gear I drove her round the front of the house onto the driveway. It was a "Let's go dad!" moment, she was raring to roar off down the road, she know's it's LM time... There then ensued a very difficult and emotional conversation whereby I explained that she wouldn't be Sarthe bound this year. As you would expect, she was very upset but being such a magnificent vehicle she retained her dignity and didn't argue. I parked her up next to an old wall under some lovely hanging baskets and promised to give her a wash tonight. As I walked away I glanced back, and I'm sure I saw a solitary tear well up and roll out of her Lucas sealed beam headlight, running down her cheek and dripping gently onto the gravel below. I feel like I'm being a real sh*t to a lovely loyal lady.

You hurtfull bastard Zarse! I agree, she gave you her the best years of her life. She brought a smiles to your face, made you cry, made you swear and curse. But she was still there when you needed her, she let you sleep deep in her welcome warm bosom, even when you have one to many sherbets and found it hard to find the door. (Dont mention the sink) She helped you make to make a grand entrance to Le Mans; she even posed suggestively for you in the improved Le Mans posters. And this is how you repay
. Shame on you. All I can say is, You complete and utter bastard
... (but she will forgive you if you do give her that full body wash, and tell her how next year your take her to Le Mans and shell me her new mate, even if he is a bit religious the popemobile.
