http://www.racecar-engineering.com/news/ferrari-could-return-to-lmp-racing-with-american-privateer/

The 333SP reborn?  Not sure how this fits in with the ALMS sell out so I doubt it will ever happen.

Nice looking car though

You don't win Le Mans - you outlast it.

I wouldn't be surprised. After all, they've been doing the VLN in his P4/5 special since two years now. This man seems to have AAA lot of money.
(I'm ready to being adopted. HGB Glickenhaus doesn't even sound bad.  Wink )

The sketches look a bit like the Mazda concept car from a few years back crashed into his VLN P4/5. Well done... It seems to be the same P4/5 from the VLN but adapted to the LMP rules.

Yeah, bring it on...    Cheesy

The guy does have some seroius money to spend. He owns a real P4 ( or a bitsa special, take your pick) as well as a GT40, and who know what else.

Good luck to him if he can make it happen. The first hybrid Ferrari to race at Le Mans. The cynic in me is put in mind of the Ferrari indycar that was wheeled out everytime Enzo wanted a rule changed in F1.

A Ferrari P1 customer car would be popular, and a good sell to sponsors.

Really? Where's the half finished Jensen? Where is the stripped down Alfa Giulia? Where's the rusty Saab 96 body shell and matching rotten doner car? Where is the 'cosmetically challenged' Series 3 Landie that drips enough oil on the floor to keep an Arab nation happy?

Pah! Some folk have no taste.
