Did any of those implicated in operation Puerto fail a test?
Armstrong is in the same way implicated, but i doubt its within the USADA remit to remove wins in anything other than US races. Surley that should belong to UCI or the Tour itself.
Cant say I'm an expert on anything to do with the tour, but do like to watch.

I always did have my doubts about his credibility, and readily admit I've never cared for Lance the celebrity. Always found him to be something of a pompous ass.
There were just too many hushed rumors within, what was then a very small cycling fraternity in the US. The problem for Lance was always that once his colleagues, and teammates began getting busted, they were going to talk. He's also alienated some people who would have kept quiet, but are now willing to come forward.
Problem is as pointed out above by Kristof and this morning on ESPN, he was probably a cheat, who won against a field of cheaters during that era.
The one that really disappointed me was Tyler Hamilton, was always a big fan of his, and thought him a really good bloke. When he got busted it really turned me off to the sport.

How come he's got away with it for so long? If he's better at doping than the rest, then he deserves the medals. Is this how the Brits are winning  I'd like a drugged Olympics - the one minute mile, the 30ft high jump, and the 100mph cyclist. Ship If I had to do the Tour De France I would take every known drug to Man Sh1t - I would need them all to do it!!!!! in that case if they were to drug test some of these super models, they would def show positive and clucking Bell - all they do is try and walk down a walkway  How come he's got away with it for so long? Look at the list of runner-ups.....if they were all on drugs then how the hell did Armstrong beat them? It would be a monumental achievement if he did it drug free!! With regard to this year's Tour, times were down, and most noticeably in the mountains. Read this article, it shows you how to spot a potential cheat based on power outputs. Interesting stuff and note that these outputs were being achieved this year whereas in the past they were exceeded. Doping aside, he's done considerably more with one knacker than I will ever achieve with two.
The Livestrong foundation is a superb legacy to leave, and have helped us find our way through on more than one occasion.

Drugs have always been part of the fabric of the Tour. There is no point in trying to deny it. It's not great, but if everyone was on something then in a way it created a level playing field anyhow. It's the dodgy tight Lycra that troubles me. Bring back wool I say.
