I'm looking forward to catching up with all the stories and photos from the weekend and hope those lucky enough to make it to Le Mans this year had a fantastic time.
I was gutted not to be at Le Mans this year! Kate and I had planned to take a year off, but as some of you will know, we had no idea how things would pan out for the last week. Kate (28) was diagnosed with Breast Cancer 4 weeks ago and underwent the first stage of her treatment last week. The good news is that the first stage of her treatment appears to have been a success. There is a long road ahead and we won't know more for a couple of weeks...
We have taken strength and received support from friends, family and a number of charities, most notably Macmillan Cancer Care. If you are able to donate, no matter how big or small, it really will be to a worthy cause. For the second time in my life I've been reminded that life can knock you sidways/take you out when you least expect it
Stu is running, which will be a challenge and a laugh at the same time
