Keep your chin up Kristoff, just keep working on the rehab and keep focusing on Sebring and next season.

Good to here the news is positive Kristoff, you know where you don't stand and what needs to be done from now on, so good luck with the rehab, the boredom, the frustration and the beer drinking.

Well ... 8 weeks post surgery and physio has finally got started this week.  Walking round the home without brace, but with crutches.
Still can't bend the knee more than 45 degrees, so bit behind on schedule, but nothing to worry about.   Physio means the pain is back, but it's for a good cause  Grin.  Made a schedule to be back on my feet by the end of the year (95 % recovery, the other 5 % could take another 6 months), which should be manageable.

Trip to Sebring confirmed today, 205 days 'till raceday, 200 days to get the leg back up and running  Grin.
(it hurts though not being able to get to Silverstone this weekend, and having to miss the Belgian GP for the first time since 1990)

Every time I read these words I wince.

... quadriceps tore off completely.

So I am very pleased to read your latest update.  Stick at the exercises the physio gives you - especially when you think you don't need to do them anymore.

Good luck with the rehab.
