Just a quick reminder to our North American colleagues, Speed TV is going to be showing the Bathurst 1000 live Saturday night 10/8 at 1900 EST.  Going to kick back with some cold Fuller's Porter and watch the action.

Be ready for a long old night then fax as the race lasts for between 6 and 7 hours. As per usual I will be attempting to stay up for the duration but in the UK its about 12.00am to 7 am or something like that so is a tough ask to stay awake for the whole thing. Plus we have a preview show, qualifying and the top 10 shootout being screened before the race on MotorsTV from 8.50 pm onwards so I guess I won't be going out tomorrow night. Better get some beers in then.

6 or 7 seven hours? No problem, means it'll end two or three AM over here.  Just have to make sure I've got plenty of beer and snacks.
